In the first quarter of 2022, the performance of the top 5 tools apps in Bulgaria varied significantly in terms of downloads and active users. Here's a closer look at how each app fared, based on Sensor Tower data.

QR & Barcode Scanner from Gamma Play saw a steady decrease in weekly downloads, starting from approximately 8.7K at the end of December to around 5.5K by the end of March. Despite the drop in downloads, weekly active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 47K and 50K throughout the quarter.

Google Translate, developed by Google LLC, showed a consistent performance in terms of weekly downloads, peaking at about 7.3K in mid-January and maintaining an average of around 5.8K to 6.7K for the rest of the quarter. The app's weekly active users exhibited a gradual increase, reaching approximately 435K by the end of March.
